Seeli ma chicken kabab
Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 kg ( skinned & cut )
Chillie powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chicken 65 masala - 4 tbsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Lime juice - 1 tbsp or vinegar
Fried gram ( pottu kadalai ) - 150 gram
Onion - 1 big ( finely sliced )
Oil to fry
Salt to taste

Curd - 2 tbsp
Lime juice - 1 tbsp or vinegar

Method:
- Dry grind the fried gram and transfer it into a bowl add very little salt mix well and keep aside.
- In a bowl add washed chicken, chicken 65 masala, chillie powder, turmeric powder, curd, lime juice or vinegar,salt and mix well. Leave it to marinate for an hour or 2.
- In a frying pan add oil when the oil gets heated put the chicken pieces one by one in the fried gram powder roll it nicely and deep fry in medium heat till it turns brown.
- Take and put it on a kitchen towel, leave it for 5 min. Let the towel absorb the oil.
- Serve hot kabab with sliced onion and lemon.
- Mouth watering seeli ma chicken kabab is ready.
